Trade Union Facility Time Reporting
In 2017 a new Statutory Instrument entitled The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 was introduced in to legislation. Under this legislation public sector organisations are required to publish information about the number of Trade Union Representatives we have and the amount of paid time spent on “Trade Union Facility Time”.
The Statutory Instrument sets out the information that has to be published and a format for publishing the information.
