Our outpatient services are delivered across our sites, including within our Community Hospitals, specialist centres and other settings. Appointments may be face-to-face or via a telephone or video call, meaning that you can access care and support in a place that is convenient to you.
Your appointment letter should help you find where you need to go and what you need to do to prepare. This includes directions to the department, any important instructions and details of what you may need to bring with you.
